Junior Band, Concert Band, Wind Ensemble

On Friday 28 June the Junior Concert Band, Concert Band, and Wind Ensemble will be performing at the Engadine Band Festival in Kogarah at the St George Bank Building at 16 Montgomery Street.
The bands will travel together by coach (with seat belts) from Wollongong to Kogarah on this day.
Our itinerary is as follows (subject to minor changes):
8:30am – Parents drop off students at the Wollongong Conservatorium.
8:45am – Bus leaves the Conservatorium for Kogarah.
10am– Arrive at Kogarah and watch other bands perform.
11am – Wollongong Conservatorium Wind Ensemble, Dave Rooney, Performs
11:40am – Wollongong Conservatorium Junior Concert Band, Eric Dunan, Performs
12:20pm – PIZZA Lunch
1pm – Wollongong Conservatorium Concert Band, Eric Dunan, Performs
2pm – Load Bus for return to Wollongong
3:30(approx.) – Arrive at Wollongong Conservatorium for Parent Pick up.
Remember to bring a bottle of water and morning tea.
Dress: We will all wear the Conservatorium t-shirt, black pants and shoes. If you don’t have a Con t-shirt, please let David or Eric know and we will get one for you. You can also purchase one from the Con office. The cost of the shirts is $10.
Cost:
The cost will be $40 and includes pizza lunch and the bus ride. There will be some of seats on the bus for any parents wishing to ride along. Parents wishing to ride along on the bus are asked to contribute $10 to offset the cost of bus hire. There is no cost at the venue for parents or family members wishing to attend the performance.

I understand that while everything is done to ensure both the comfort and safety of the students of Wollongong Conservatorium of Music and whilst every care will be exercised by those who are in charge, the Wollongong Conservatorium of Music accepts no responsibility in any way for any accident or sickness which may occur through any circumstance.
I authorise the Supervising Staff Member of the Wollongong Conservatorium of Music, in the event of any such accident or illness, to obtain all necessary medical assistance if I am unable to be contacted.
I accept the responsibility to deliver my child to, and collect from, the Wollongong Conservatorium of Music at the designated times. I accept that children will not be supervised before 8:30 after 3:30pm and will arrange drop off and collection at these time.
